My strongest work happens where deep technical engineering meets leadership — designing and shipping AI-powered products end-to-end, scaling engineering teams without killing velocity, and modernizing CI/CD and delivery pipelines so teams move faster with less fear. Pragmatic over dogmatic. Boring tech when it ships the product; interesting tech when it moves the needle.
Outside the job, I'm a father of two and a guitarist. I've learned more about practice, patience, and deliberate improvement from music than from any engineering book — and it shows up in how I write about the craft.
